Engine is a 2005 Cadillac escalade lq9 6.0. Motor was purchased with 50k miles. All new seals and gaskets, top to bottom, front to back. 90mm throttle body. Stock intake. 234/237 0.541 lift, 112lsa cam. Stock bottom end. 355hp-385ft/lb in stock trim. But with mods, is probably closer to 425. This motor runs STRONG.
Trans is a 4l65E. Don't have a ton of info on the internal upgrades, but I'll be glad to contact the guy that put it all together, and get that info. I just know that it's stronger than a regular 4l65e. It's got hardened shafts, and extra clutch disc or two, and stronger planetaries from the factory. But it was further upgraded by a reputable trans shop, and came with a warranty when I got it. It's controlled by an art Carr gated shifter. You can shift it manually, or put it in "4" and just drive. It's SOLID as well.dum
Rear axle is a narrowed Ford nine inch. Brand new Dutchman 33 spline, chromoly shafts. 4.10 with a full spool. Disk brakes.dum
All brake lines are stainless braided, Teflon lined. One ton master cylinder. Proportioning valve mounted on the firewall.dum
4 inch fiberglass cowl induction hood
Sanderson midlength headers. Dual 2.5 into a single three inch, dumped at the rear axle. No cats, no muffler. It's loud, but awesome.dum
Rear axle has a traction bar to control wheel hop, and axle wrap. It's VERY effective, and reliable.dum
Autometer gauges.dum
Summit brand high bolster seats. 4 point harnesses.dum
HID's up front. All lights/wipers work like factory.dum
Hvac controls are in place, but the blower motor won't come on. I believe it to be an issue with the controls. Just haven't had time to do much diagnosing. Frame is notched for a/c compressor. All it needs is compressor and condenser and dryer for a/c.dum
Aluminum radiator with electric fans
Remote mounted trans cooler, with dedicated fan. Located under the bed.dum
Bed mounted battery, with disconnect.
All grade 8 hardware.
No expense spared build. This is a top notch job. The motor looks like it rolled off the assembly line there. It's a really clean install, everywhere you look.dum

Interior is carpeted. Overall, about an 8 out of 10. A few cracks here and there.dum

This thing is an absolute blast to drive. Pulls HARD. Will stay sideways until 55-60 mph, and keep you pinned in the seat. Ride quality is still fairly decent. Stops great, and corners like it's on rails. Can handle road trips fine, but with the ratio, it runs a little higher rpm than I like to cruise at. The trade off is a TON of acceleration.dum
