LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

Hello, I have my 2001 corvette z06 for sale. I really hate to let it go but I work way too much to have a toy and I am getting ready to get married. The car has around 90,000 miles and runs great and can easily be daily driven. The owner before me daily drove it.

The car has some mods that was put on around last June, which include.

MS3 cam.
Hardened push rods, valve springs, retainers, seals and an arp crank bolt all from texas speed.
TSP stainless steel long tube headers 1 3/4".
Off road x-pipe.
B&B Bullets.
Twin cone intake with spectre filters.
Spec stage 2 clutch.
Brand new GM Master cylinder. (Have receipt of it getting put on including bleeding the whole system).
Lowered on stock bolts.
Mickey Thompson drag radials 315/18. Only a couple months old.
6k 55w HID's.
The stock rims have been powder coated black.
It was tuned by fast track performance in Louisville Kentucky.
Traction control was taken off then as well.
Black kit for the front fog lights and back lights.
Tinted windows.
I have two sets of keys.

It put down 425 rwhp and 414 rwtq(have dyno sheet). It also has a lot of little things like an aftermarket cd player and a corvette shift know and a lot of other little things.

For being a cammed car it runs very well, starts up perfectly every time and idles great with no dying or anything like that and it drives fine at highway speeds no crazy bucking or anything like that. I have put a lot of money into it recently which includes new NGK spark plugs, wires, passenger hub bearing, new 02 sensor( but the light comes on for it sometimes off and on and I don't know why). Replaced the clutch fluid shifts like butter, oil changed with just royal purple, new intake air boot, new drivers side window motor.

There is a couple things wrong with it, the front bumper has a spot were someone scraped a curb, and the a/c does work but it takes a little bit to get cold. The e-brake doesn't work, and the drivers seat bracket is broke so the seat leans a little bit. Besides that stuff its a great car and it gets a ton of looks and is pretty quick. I am looking for an outright sale, so NO TRADES please if I had time for a toy I wouldn't be selling this car. I am asking $16,000 for it which is thousands below book, looking for a quick sale if you have any questions or would like pictures, please contact me at 812-582-9746 Thanks Jeremy.

Is only about 60whp over stock normal for a bolt-on/cammed Z?
