I have for sale a 2002 Camaro Z28 convertible LS1/4L60E. Let me be up front and say this car runs good but it is a 20 footer, it has paint and body issues that you can see in the pics and that I will describe as best I can.

The good:
-Good running 120k mile LS1, with LS6 intake like all 2002's
-Dash, console lid, door panels and most interior plastics are in good shape and not cracked
-Trans shifts good and has never given me an indication of a problem
-New front brake pads, both window motors, valvesprings, head gaskets
-Decent tread on tires
-Convertible top in good shape and works great, goes up and down no problems
-No check engine light or codes
-Car is all stock except for SLP lid and aftermarket muffler
-New HP fuel pump via trapdoor method
-A/C blows cold, works great

The bad:
-Doesn't like to start on first crank, but will start immediately if you prime the pump twice. I've read this could be bad FPR. Has never NOT started or left me stranded, just takes two cranks.
-Front seats are trashed. Passenger seat is okay, but driver's is pretty bad
-Chrome 16" ZR1 wheels are peeling
-Body has dings and scratches. Two small dimples in drivers rear quarter, drivers door has some spiderweb cracks as does the rear bumper on drivers side, front bumper has cracks on pass. side down low, there are several smaller chips and one long scratch on pass. quarter that have all been touched up with paint pen.
-Car has been hit in the front pass. side at some point, headlight on that side is aftermarket
-Convertible top drips when sitting in the rain on pass. side right where the top meets the windshield. Could be the window needs adjusted as the window regulator and motor was replaced on that side. Car sits in the garage due to this issue.
-Paint bubbling on pass. side at the rear/bottom of the door sill, probably due to rust. See https://i.imgur.com/TB7ABxT.jpg. When I bought the car there was no window regulator or motor in the pass. door and the window was held up with bailing wire. I am sure it sat out in the weather and got lots of moisture on the floorboard before I owned it and fixed it.
-Some piston slap when cold, goes away after about 5 minutes

The whole story:

I bought this car in March this year as a fixer-upper. It was cheap because it didn't run right, the seller said it needed a tune up. LOL. When I got it back to the house it didn't have compression on #1 cylinder. Took the valvecovers off and discovered broken valvesprings. Pulled heads and took them to a machine shop, got a valvejob and all new valvesprings. Pistons looked fine, no marks, no valve contact at all. Reinstalled heads with new GM gaskets, headbolts, etc. Redid the PCV system while I was in there. Fresh oil change w/Mobil 1 full syn, filter, coolant. Car runs great now.

I have put more than 1000 miles on the car since the heads were off and have had no problems. Several 100+ mile trips, no issues. Still gets 25-26 MPG highway. Mechanically it has been very reliable. I am looking to upgrade to a T56 car that is a little nicer and more expensive, so this one is for sale or partial trade towards a 98-02 Trans Am or 97-04 C5 with 6 speed, preferably already built. Asking $5499 OBO. Price is semi-firm, can't take too much less than asking price.

Tons of pics available in imgur album at: http://imgur.com/a/0NtJD. I've tried to describe everything about the car as honestly and accurately as possible because I know the car is in only fair condition and don't want to mislead anyone.
