My wife and I are selling our 1978 Pontiac Trans Am...this car is a beautiful and rare PHS documented numbers matching W72 6.6L car. It and has just 83,307 miles on it. The car is in wonderful condition and runs and drives like new...it can be driven anywhere with confidence. Since restoration in 2007 its been driven to several Rod Runs in Pigeon Forge, on two Hot Rod Power Tours, to the Trans Am Nationals in OH and down to the Biloxi, MS for Cruising The Coast...this is a "show car" you can drive!

This TA was also featured in the newly released music video "Party Like You" by the group Cadillac Three!

Paint and Body
The paint on the car looks great and shines like new....the car is a southern car and has had 1 repaint around 2007. I would rate it about a 9 out of 10 (do to its age and actually being driven its not "perfect" but it is very nice!) The car has been garaged and it shows. The glass is all clear and in good shape. It has all new weather stripping. The car has brand new Kumho tires on brand new Year One 17in Snowflake wheels. This car looks great and would be at home at any show or cruise in you carry it to!

Interior
The black deluxe doeskin interior is in great shape as well with no flaws or issues...its a 9 out of 10 too. Its never been smoked in and has no funny smells. The seats, carpet and door panels are in great condition..as they should be. The AC blows cold and it has an aftermarket Pioneer CD player and Rockford Fosgate speakers that sounds great.

Drivetrain
The 6.6L W72 400 engine (numbers matching of course!) cranks and runs perfectly. The automatic transmission shifts great. The AC blows cold. It has recently been serviced with new plugs and wires. The only performance modifications to the car is a brand new and excellent sounding duel flowmaster exhaust system...it sounds like a muscle car should (low and deep but not "loud"). The car is fast, drives great and can be driven anywhere without worry!

This car is a true collectors car and has been treated like one its whole life. Its been stored properly and maintained in a way to keep in like great condition. There are no disappointments with this car...it is stunning!
