Make: Pontiac
Model: Trans Am
Price: $4000
Mileage: 108000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): TX
Color: Blue

It is a bone stock Trans Am, ls1, T56, T-top car. It has never been modified.
It is blue with a two toned interior (black and looks like a very light tan color).
kbb.com value for this car in fair (the lowest they provide estimates for) condition is $5835.
The good:
It has never been modified
Daily driver for a 50+ year old man
Brand new tires all the way around (the correct goodyears)
The bad:
The right headlight doesn't come up on its own
The door panels are crack (typical of these cars)
The windshield needs replaced
It has several small door dings
It has the polished wheels, but they need serious attention (no road rash though)
The throttle cable is zip tied to the bracket
Car needs a thorough cleaning.
The price is very negotiable as she needs the money and is looking to get rid of it pretty quick. She doesn't drive manual trans cars.
I'll post pics tomorrow.

I've had a ton of interest in the car.......but buyers seem to be too far away. I turned down an offer a couple days ago at $4000. It was a sight unseen offer.
What do new door panels cost and are they even available? Also, what is part needed and $ to fix the head light? It makes a racheting noise and has to be lifted up by hand. If those two things where fixed, we might be able to ask a little more for it and have a larger market I would think....or am I way off here? I don't have any buying/selling experience with these f-bodies.

My offer for the 4000 still stands. What worries me is having to drive the 15 hours home with a windshield needing replaced. The head light and panels aren't really safety hazards to me.

I got a ton of requests for pics and vin number today. I'll get those sent out tomorrow morning. I got an offer of $5000 today and I accepted. The guy said he is coming from Dallas on Friday to pick it up, but until he is driving the car away, it is still for sale.
So there you go, first 5000 takes it.
