not running, need some stuff finished. pretty much all parts needed are included. car is rust free but paint is a 10 footer. has expired 7.5 cert, will cert 8.5 with new belts and net . has full interrior minus back seat and heater, has electric window. fiberglass 3" hood, rest is all steel. fab work is 90% done, stainless hot side, alum cold side. car is in qc,canada . all is there for a low 9' street car, just need some works and tlc. (ecu wiring, plug all hoses, install cam set, clean breaks...)
