1999 Pontiac Trans Am for sale. 144k miles, LS1, automatic trans, loaded with power windows/locks/mirrors, leather. Rare medium blue metallic (MBM) paint only available in 1999, factory "performance gear" 3.23 posi rear end, and chrome wheels with good tires.
Modifications:
- SLP smooth air lid
- EGR/emissions deleted
- Tuned by PBJ in St. Louis to eliminate the emissions and adjust transmission shifts to be a little more fun
- Kenwood CD player with two 12" subs in a custom box
- Lowered with Eibach Sportline springs.
- Corners and tail lights all lightly tinted
- Windows and hatch are tinted
Cons:
- Driver seat has the typical wear on side bolster
- Seams on top of rear seat back are splitting (very repairable)
- Door panel cracks (common issue)
- AC works very well, but leaks freon
- Some paint flaked off front right corner of bumper cover from parking lot bump
My Trans Am runs, drives, and stops excellent. It shows very well and has been a fun summer daily driver. There is no rust on the car at all (pics show the common rust areas gas cap and lower quarter/rocker) and it has not been beaten on or abused... it still has the stock exhaust.
$6,400 NO trades, NO low ball offers, NO tire kickers, and NO scammers

So the color of your car is very catching. But i can't seem to justify your price. Drivers side seat needs repair, rear seats need repair, front bumper needs repaired. AC is leaking. 144k miles for a NON WS6. Not a manual. Really the only thing going for this car is its paint.
KBB puts this car at 3.5k to 4k. Why do you think its worth 6.5k?

Excellent 1st post Carbonix!
Its priced accordingly based on what similar cars in my area are listed for. You are correct, it has a lot of common issues associated with a 144k mile f-body. Really, the factory MBM paint is the main focal point of the car, and to a lot of people it does add value... or at least desireability.
Regardless of paint color, if you can find similar cars even in the common black/red/white colors for the NADA price you quoted, buy them, because these cars aren't getting any newer, and they sure as hell aren't getting any easier to find in presentable condition.
Any other questions I can clear up for you?
