Testing the waters-

1998 Jaguar XK8 convertible with LS1 conversion for sale. Good condition overall- good body (original paint) and top, nice black leather interior, everything works. Runs and drives very well. Currently a running/driving car with 2004 GTO LS1 drivetrain. Need engine/trans for another project- the car is for sale as a roller, with all conversion components included, less engine and trans. Will even leave fully charged AC system in place.

This car was built about 5 years ago and has covered many happy miles since then. . However the owner has other toys and this one has not been driven much lately. The car will come complete with everything needed to be put back on the road, (less engine,trans, wiring, and PCM). Supply your own LS engine (4.8-5.3-5.7-6.0) and trans (4L60 or 4L65E), wiring and PCM and you're in business.

The comes with the complete Jaguar Specialties XK8-LS conversion kit and related parts:

Engine mounts
Transmission mount
Shifter hardware
Power steering hoses
Coolant system with all radiator and heater hoses
Driveshaft
Exhaust system already set up for LS1

When was the last time you saw one of these for sale??? Anyone can have a Camaro or Corvette or GTO, but this is different....
