Default 1986 Bmw 535i with L33 and 4l60e 5000 obo

Year: 1986
Make: BMW
Model: 5-Series
Price: $5000
Mileage: 180000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): PA
Color: Gray
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive

Up for sale is my 1986 Bmw 535i. The car has been fitted with 5.3 liter V8 from a 2005 chevy silverado and 4l60e 2wd AUTOMATIC transmission to match. The car is a fun little hot rod that only needs good loving home.

overview video

Drivetrain:
-2005 Chevy 5.3L V8 L33(all aluminum engine), ~115000 miles when pulled from donor truck. runs excellent. dyno'd at 260 hp and 275 ftlb
-GM 4l60e transmission, milage unknown.
- Fully functional F-body dash, autometer fuel guage, boost/vacuum guage
-Associated truck parts custom one piece driveshaft
-PSI conversions wiring harness with factory ecu; tuned by Sloppy Mechanics
-custom built fender exit headers and side pipes.
-Summit racing aluminum radiator with fan
-Summit racing 15 gallon aluminum fuel cell with -6 braided line from tank to intake
-AEM 355 inline fuel pump
-Trunk mounted battery kit
-power steering delete
-new brakes on all 4 corners

Exterior:

Car is in great shape for its age, but as can be expected does have some rust and ding/dents/peeling paint. The worst of the rust is along the driver side floor board and could use some patching, or you could ignore it like i do. The car has also been fitted with a cowl hood to clear the intake manifold and engine accessories. overall i would rate it a 6/10 for its age. Body has somewhere around 180k miles.

Interior:

-All leather interior,
-Power seats (all working)
-Power windows (rears not working)
-Power Sunroof (works great, no leaks)
-modified factory cluster to fit aftermarket gauges, (no speedometer)
-no front carpet, custom made trans tunnel

Final Notes:

This car is not perfect, and is not for everyone. But it is a reliable finished cruiser that is ready to enjoy.

Please contact me with any questions you may have.
The price is $5000 obo, i am not really interested in trades but would consider a stock 5speed subaru

*car is located in Allentown PA, about an hour north of Philadelphia.

no room for traditional exhaust with the starter and steering box. the headers enter the fender well up front and exit at the rocker panel where they are vbanded to the side pipes
