Okay folks, testing the waters and will consider all reasonable offers. We're in the process of building a new home and this would free up some much needed cash. I bought this Z back at the end of March from a CamaroZ28.com board member in Chicago with the plans of it being a weekend only 3rd car. Other than the drive from Chicago back to North Carolina I probably haven't put 200 miles on it, just not enough hours in the day and it isn't exactly roomy enough for toting around an 11 month old.
Down to the details....it's a 1999 Z28, M6 w/ 132K. Black exterior with graphite cloth. T-tops, power windows & locks and single disc head unit. It has the following mods; SS hood & spoiler, chrome ZR1's, Hooker Super Comp LT's w/ gutted cats and Borla catback.
Car is in overall good condition. Normal nose chips for an 8 year old black car. Interior is in good condition as well. I've found only 2 negatives with the looks of the car. The padding in the driver's seat is showing it's age and getting a little soft and the nose has a small crack on the driver's side right by turn signal.
Mechanically I have had zero problems. As I said, bought the car in Chicago and drove it all the way back to NC in 1 day with no issues. Previous owner had moved from Texas to Chicago, he drove it the whole way on that trip with no issues either. It does have a slight leak on the rear end, but from some site reading it sounds like that's pretty common on these cars.
From other sales I've seen on here plus what value guides say, I'd like to ask $7000. Car is current on NC vehicle inspections. I have a clean NC title in hand and it had a clean carfax when I checked before buying it. Can arrange shipping at buyers expense....nearest airport is Charlotte....could possibly deliver within reason or meet halfway, very flexible on details.
Thanks for looking. Since it's just been collecting dust in the garage I'll clean her up this afternoon and snap some detailed pics for you guys to post tonight or tomorrow.

Here's one to hold you over. It's been raining here most of last night and this morning, so I haven't got a chance to clean it up yet. PM me with any specific questions or requests. This is from a couple weeks prior to me buying it. The SS spoiler was added since this pic.
Sixty8 - as soon as it quits raining I'll get you some better pics to your e-mail.
