WTB 98-02 LSX Camaro SS, WS6, 35th anniv. or modded 6spd. Ok guys, I finally have a good paying steady job at HD. First job I've ever had that actually pays $12 an hour starting off, 40 hrs. a week guaranteed, mileage traveled, and full benefits
That said I am looking for a 98-02 SS, WS6, 35th anniversary or 98-02 Camaro or Trans Am 6spd that is slightly modded or more in detail modded if done right the first time. I have a DD that I can drive in the winter and on rainy days so I am looking for a fun car to drive on the weekends and nice days that is decently low mileage (100k or under would be nice) and fun to drive on those days (T-tops would be nice). I would also like to have a 3rd gen with a LSX swap. So basically anything LSX that meets the above criteria and that is a 6spd. Only reason I am looking for a 6 spd. is because I want to be able to get some mileage out of it (I know it's a sports car), but I'm tired of 15mpg in my lifted Grand Cherokee. I love it being an auto, but I sometimes miss having a stick, but would hate a stiff clutch in traffic everyday.
OK price point. I am willing to pay up to 8k or maybe a little more, depending on what the bank tells me. I'd have to talk to them first, but I want to get a feel for what is out there since it has been almost a year since I tried to buy anything LS related. Am I looking for too much with the price point I am willing to go to? If I am tell me, but if not post what ya got
BTW colors would go in this order of preference but wouldn't be a deal breaker if not these: Black, Silver, Red, White. I am pretty sure asking for a SOM or any other metallic or special color won't happen in my price range or my asking for a 35th, SS or WS6 that isn't going to need some work. I want to be able to take whatever I buy out and drive for at least 15k before I have to perform any kind of work on it(I know if I buy a car that has almost 100k on it things start to go old after 100k). I'll consider auto's, but the condition's would have to be right, as in price, color, mods, extras etc.
So with all that taken into consideration I hope one of you guys (preferably gals (am I asking to much here?)) Has something that I'd like to buy. Also you'd really also have to be in the SC, northeast GA, NC, TN or VA area for me to consider it, as I can't travel far because of work. I usually work Mon-Thur sometimes overtime Fri, so I'd be able to travel to look or buy anything on one of my off days. Thanks for taking the time to look and I hope I can find something I fall in love with!

You need to take a look at my 98 Z28..Its the perfect street car and is built for the strip. Built motor(perfectly streetable), built 6spd, built ford 9, and professional nitrous installation(125 shot)..I dont need to sell but want to focus on my drag car..Ill take 12,900 for it and Im in Hickory. Everything is already done..you spend 5 grand and you wont come close to the quality build in this car..Im in Hickory and havent put an ad up yet so come look at it if you got the money
