Yes. that is firm. i've came down quite a bit on my asking price in the last year. I've put new koni sa's on the back, new bilsteins on the front, new powersteering pump, passenger window motor, motor is an 04 LS6 i bought in 08 and have hardly drove the car since that and the tranny rebuild, tranny has a tick lvl 2 rebuild in it, has new Ram clutch presure plate and flywheel, new tick adjustable master cylinder, hurst short throw, has SLP lt's, ory with magnaflow bullet, tuned by frost, has an LS6 intake. Theres more that i'm forgetting. New pads all around, new front drilled and slotted rotors.

all the parts have the same mileage as the motor or less. also has new water pump, slp lid and bellows, ported throttle body, new knock sensors and harness, poly motor mounts and tranny mount. i can't remember exactly what all i've done lol
