The time will be coming for a new toy. I am located in Toledo Ohio yet willing to travel to neighboring states. I have researched their values and my budget will be $13k tops. I am pre-approved for the loan but not a cash buyer so please be able to work through that process with me. Needs to be a clean goat with clean title and i highly preferred manual trans.
