Trade HOSS for 96/97 Camaro SS I would prefer an Auto with TTops but Im open to whatever...looking to trade a 1999 HOSS, mods in sig...not looking to part with brand new 9" though...Im down for swapping back in a ten bolt if necessary. PM me with any interest...Its just got a few basic mods I love the car but Im an LT1 guy and LT1 SS's are my fav Camaros hands down...

Why do you want a LT1 SS so bad? Your HOSS is nice. I actually just bought a red 96 SS today but I personally haven't even seen it yet. How many miles does your HOSS have?

I love how LT1s look and they are what I grew up wanting. My HOSS has 84XXX miles, I bought it in April of 05 with 49XXX and I'm ready to go fast and now I need to either get a LT1 SS or start seriously modding my HOSS.

Its really up to you though. If you are going to start putting a lot of money into the car, make sure it is the car that you want before putting the money in because you know you won't get it back if you sell it. I personally think your car is really nice, but I love LT1 SS's too, especially now that I have one. As far as going fast though, you might want to start with your HOSS if you want to start faster either way though, both sweet cars. Both are rare too because you hardly ever see LT1 SS's or HOSS's.

I had a guy over on another site go and check everything out for me. He has been around cars and Camaros for a long time and he went and test drove it and put it on a lift and looked under it and everything and only found a couple minor things, nothing big. Said that it drove good and rated the exterior a 9/10 and the engine a 10/10. He said the paint looked like a car only a couple years old. Yeah I was nervous about buying it, but then I asked him if he could go look at it because he lived only like 40 mins from the dealer, so it worked out that way.
