im debating on the 5th gen as well. my dilemma: wait a year after they come out, so they can depreciate a little bit and maybe work out some of the bugs, or buy one off the line. im leaning towards waiting but then if they discontinue production after a year im screwed.

I want one and the I wanna put a liver rear axle in there and keep it a real true camaro. thats whats up... LOL
Ok seriously.... hmm toughy if you just want a cruising car that has lots of power and is fun, then CTS-V. The camaro is either for someone really looking to have a full collection or you want to have fun and be fast and cool. CTS-V is that suttle I will rape your *** car that is comfortable.

Go with the CTS-V if you're lookin for a DD and a cruiser.
If you wait for the new Camaro, make sure you get the 2nd year of production. They usually always make them faster, make adjustments to the bugs, or improve the looks on the 2nd or 3rd running year. Examples: 04 LS1 GTO vs 05+ LS2 GTO, 05-07 LS2 C6 vs 08+ LS3 C6
