Default Hood scoop flys off

Long story short, my roommate put one of those fake hood scoops on my kia while I was on deployment. They only last for a couple of months and then fly off. I managed to get mine on tape. Here's the vid of it flying off.

It was a light piece of plastic, so I am sure that there wouldnt be any damage to any other cars.

Maybe a bit over-dramatic, but that's exactly what NASA thought about the foam-hit on the shuttle Columbia.. "It's only foam.. How much damage could it do?"

How many times faster were they moving though?

It could possibly do some damage, but nothing to get into a panty twist about. It's a bad idea to cruise behind a car like that to begin with lol.
