Ok, so i am going to end up having to take 2blk4u to civil court and get my money. His name is David Holyfield, just in case anyone knows who he is. I paid him 430 for an x pipe and he never sent it and just keeps saying he doesnt have the money, blah blah blah. Anyway, i might need a lawyer so i can do this the right way. Anyone know a lawyer that would take this case on? He can charge whatever kind of lawyer fees he wants, since David will be the one paying, anyway. Thanks guys.

You don't need a lawyer, take him to small claims court. Are you in the same state? If not, you'll have to sue him in his state and county. That may not be worth the effort....

well thats why i would want a lawyer, so they could show up to court for me in new mexico. I am in california.

Yep, small claims is your answer.

Check what you have to do in his county. You may just be able to submit your paperwork/evidence in lieu of showing up.
