TPI help lookin to pick up this 86 vette. the guy says it runs good but when he puts it in gear it dies. was wondering if any of you might know what the problem might be?

eh went to look at the car. car was staright pretty clean but the guy was an a$$hole. tellin me to hurry up and ****. thats not a way to sell a car. plus we agreed on a price through email and then when i got there he raised it and dint wanna go off the price we agreed
