Default CARB Legal Sticker

Long story short. I "passed" smog in my car. My only issue is passing visual when it comes to the Registration. Im doing transfer of ownership. (NV to CA) And they are gonna go over the car to approve that its OK for CA standards.

I'm just worried about the visual. I have: ChromexTri-y's with hi-flow cats. Now anyone with a brain is gonna know that's not factory. Im headed to AAA to get the car regestered where they are not as well "trained" as PD or fokes at the DMV. Im sure I can just get away with having the CARB legal sticker posted (edelbrock, hooker, slp, ect.... sends with their headers) somewhere and pass them off as a set of those. They wont be intrested in trying to find the CARB # plate off the headers themselves.

So does anyone have a DETAILED picture of the CARB sticker that comes with a set of those 50 state legal headers? Or does anyone have a sticker lying around I can buy off them?

Much appreciated,
Nick

**Oh and this is all for scientific purposes, in no way am i trying to pass a car off as Smog Legal**

When I registered my Texas truck in CA, the DMV just checks that the car is a 50 state car. In other words as long as the emissions sticker under the hood says its a 50 state vehicle they dont care. If you already have a smog certificate then you have everything ready to go. They also check the VIN to make sure it matches your paperwork and thats it.

Here is what I had to go through to get a replacement sticker from K&N:

I'm still waiting for them to return my left nut.

Chev Dealers also sell the Smog/Epa stickers. They have to replace them if you have a bad crash and rip-off the front of the car.

Gotcha, well I got a copy of a SLP header sticker, went to a sticker place and had it turned into one.

The guy asked about the headers, and point to the sticker. End of story. I HAVE CA PLATES!!!!!!!!!!
