I actually spoke with the guy selling the chrome ZR1's and he told me that the wheels were in good shape, but the tires were in need of replacement ASAP.

Nahhh I plan on buying slicks and skinnies for when I wanna have fun at the track. I am still thinkin, it is 3 options, take the money and put it towards debt so I can get more parts, or buy headers and and ory, or buy rims.... Almost leaning towards paying down debt, I need to get these bills paid off I hate any kind of credit card debt or anything other than a car loan. Stupidity got me back in debt.

Yeah there are a couple for sale, I kinda want to pick em up but not that motivated, maybe just get headers, then pay off credit card and buy rims, then pay off car and get 12 bolt.

Pay debt and buy headers. Sound of headers will be better than looking at new wheels in my opinion

I agree, well buy headers and pay debt is the most likely option, i just am not a huge fan of the snowflakes but i like performance more than looks.

yeah a set of headers is probably more necessary when you already have 17" rims, but when you start out with 16's its a little different, i still fee like you should get the rims, headers imo would not be worth it, you have no cam, heads, n20 or any other mod that would make it worth it, the fact you cant pass smog and your car will be loud as ****. get the wheels and some nice drag radials, i bet that would be faster than your 16'' wheels and street tires with headers.

Well I dunno I have gotten some great times on those tires plus less rotating mass than 17's lightest rims for a stock vehicle and running 8.44 at just about 86 mph, and a 2.0 60' I won't be getting nitto's if i get the rims, probably the bfg drag radials. but hey i got some time to think about it.

17s have less sidewall, I really doubt they will make the car faster.

They won't it is just getting a good set of dr's with them. well the Nitto's suck unless you heat em up a lot, so... som et's then.
