Default Ticket Master

Ticket Master, I need some help. I just got a ticket for driving to the left of a double yellow line, Violation 21460A. I know you have posted information on how to get out of certain tickets, and I was wondering if you would be so kind as to lend me some advise on how to go out getting this off my record. The ticket is $255 that I'd rather not give to the police...lol

Thanks

essentially, it's the same thing as my "Get a Ticket" thread... if you are eligible for traffic school, then take it and pay the fine... if not, then there's no loss in trying to fight it by "written declaration"... read my thread it's all there

good luck!

Awsome. Thank you! I have a question though, if you do all that and still loose can you opt to pay the fine and take traffic school to get out of the insurance hike?

NO

that's why I say suck it up at first and take traffic school and pay it... the written declaration thing is a last resort. If you choose to fight it first and lose, you also lose your right to take traffic school and it hits your insurance...

if your eligible, take traffic school, pay the fine, and it won't hit your insurance...

Default Not True

I lost my trial by written declaration. Filed a trial de novo appeared in front of the judge and requested traffic school. Judge granted my request for traffic school.

18 tickets = a lot of court experience lol

everytime I tried to do the trial by written declaration, they told me if I do that, then I loose my right to take traffic school.

things may have changed since then, who knows... it wouldn't hurt for you to ask though
