It ridiculous, I thought it was only in my part of town. People drive by blasting rap and some type of rock nu-metal ****. Up to ten o'clock at night, and on weekend any part of the day because its the weekend. Good grief.

Once Riverside enacted a sound ordinance with a $1500 fine, it stopped in my neighborhood. No warning either.

But it wasn't that eh uh eh uh eh uh music, so it wasn't that bad.

Yeah when I lived in pasadena it was like that one night we had a huge party, there were like 100 white kids in a mostly mexican/black neighborhood (border line for the black and mexican gangs shootings like every week) So... we had Flogging molly's blasting, NOFX, old AFI, Dropkick Murphy's (I had to get my favorite song going, Irish Cadence to Arms) Well there was a Ranchero party going on down the street with that same music going the polka wannabe... who got the noise complaint.. we did. They never even stopped at that Ranchero party and they told us to be careful cause people get shot in our neighborhood all the time.

Its called the cops. Is it 10pm or 11pm when they have to turn it down. Some morons moved into the house across the street blasting death metal and throwing parties. I get home one night around 10:30 and one guys almost blocking my driveway and morons walking all over my yard, I go inside, Grab a bat. and go outside as I call the cops.

25minutes later bird was in the sky and party was over.

Simple and effective. I been there over 23 years, Im not about to let some trashy *** people ruin our nice quiet neighborhood.

Haha, living in SFV youre expected to hear that music at any time of the day or night. I use to live in Arleta, Panorama City, NoHo, Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Northridge, Chatsworth, etc...and we were never able to escape that music.
