Car was found on sunday night. ITs going to need some TLC to get it back together

thats actually not true, usually the brothers dont steal the cars, they fence the parts, the latinos will steal it, strip it and dump it then get paid by the black gang members who will either keep the parts or sell them out right. When i worked WATTS that is usually what happened, not all the time but i would say a good 80% of the time.
