Funny story...got out of a ticket... So I'm cruisin down Del Mar Heights Road after getting an energy drink from the gas station, takin the long way home...it's 1 a.m., bout to pass my buddies house(who just so happens to have a 03 Cobra) so naturally...roads clear...i downshift, and go all out...hit 75ish(in a 45), put it in netural, and start to slow down...sure enough, in my rear view mirror, i see a car pull out, and start to haul *** on me, and then he lights me up...
so i put down my window(have 5% tints on my car, and my buddy in the cobra had gotten a fix it ticket for having a "solar tint"), and the first thing the cop says to me is "nice car"...he asks me why I think he pulled me over, and i told him it was probbaly because i was a "little too loud.." he laughs at me, and says, "how bout 71 in a 45?"..shows me his radar, and sure enough...at this point, i figure i'm fucked...he asks for my license, insurance, and goes back to his car...
five minutes goes by, and he comes back, and asks me what kind of exhaust i have on my car. i tell him it's a borla catback, and he tells me to start my car. so i do, and he tells me to "get on it"...so i do. he starts to laugh, and says it sounds mean as hell..he gives me back my stuff, and tells me that he'd do the same thing if the road was empty, but i should just be careful..so i tell him it won't happen again, and he says, "oh no, i know it will, just don't let me catch you." then he asks me what i think about the new camaro, because he had put his order in for one, and i tell him that it's bad ***. turns out he HATES ford with a passion(something we share in common), and he was telling me how in 2010, they're switching from the Crown Vics, much to his delight. at this point, i'm just all
because it was the second time i'd been pulled over, first for street racing on grad night, and trying to outrun the cops, only to get off with a warning..
moral of the story. Score one for the Camaro guys.

ya we live in same area and the cops let me go for blowing a red light... they swarm our area but they are pretty chill...i think its because we have legit american cars and our **** stands out among all the rich kids and their M3s and audis
