i got the factory muffler and tips from my ss laying around somewhere if you want it.

I just got the ARH headers, I'm going to get a y-pipe fabricated with metal spun cats and based on what I heard from Jonathon and Ian's car with the Vengeance cam only the GMMG is freaking LOUD!

I don't want my car to be that loud, as for whatever reason I'm a ******* cop magnet

I want to get heads/cam, so I want the dual-dual setup to quiet it down a bit.

And yes Chris, if you want my GMMG, I'm sure we can negotiate a VERY favorable price just for j00.

Price of having a nice car I guess . Yah... engine mods + LTs + GMMG = LOUD. If I was in your spot I'd be doing the same thing. If I had the $$$, I would've added 2 more mufflers to my duals a long time ago

Are you going with a huge or smallish cam?

I think I'm going to go with the most aggressive "smog legal" cam and enhance that with matching heads, I've heard with a good tune an f-body with CA smog legal heads and cam will be around 415-430rwhp, that's all I need.

you could always add a bullet in the i pipe. that plus cats will quiet it down

I got two friends who did exactly that, and it's not quiet enough.
One of them said f-it and replaced his GMMG with his factory dual-dual exhaust, they only came with the '01 & '02 SS's as an option, I think it was part of the 345hp package and it miiiiiight have been with the 335hp and 325hp packages, I tend to forget and I'm too lazy to look it up

Definitely doable with a good set of heads and a good tuner. Best of luck. Can't wait to see how she runs afterwords - oh, and a magnaflow in the I-pipe never hurts, even with SLP DD
