Thanks guys,I know I went around 6pm on saturday when I noticed the oil on the inside of my ride...@ first I was just pissed of @ the outside of her was full of oil and hand prints on the rims and door jam on the hood the intior of my ride, not professional on there half...how hard was it to change gloves if they even used them @ first, not even the floor mats they throw on the bottom...

Yeah I will be turnin my ride this morning,I already have a sales man that assisted me after hours and seen the proof how dirty my ride was...and to top it off the guy who wrote my work order complainted my ride on how clean she.came in...so first person I m gonna speak to is the main manager for service and the dealership,I didn't pay 250 dollars for my ride 2 be treated like sh*t,and if they don't do anything @ first then I'm gonna raise sum hell...

Don't want but there a well know dealership in the IE...

If it happens again, tell the manager that you tend to file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

Thats why I never take my car to the dealership. In the end, if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself.

Thats how business are now a days. NOBODY besides most small privately owned business's give a **** about customer service and im tired of it. Business's now a days should be appreciative that in this time they are still in business and need to be greatfull to their customers and show it but they aren't.

When I had my C6 corvette. They left oily smudge marks on the door sill and a couple of the buttons. This is why GM has issues. Oh well at least they build fast cars.

I hear you there, they lose customers with their dealerships. Being poorly maintained and runned. But then again, bmw isnt any better, and thats from experience.
