Early cancelation fees. With t-mobile. There gonna owe my family quite a bit. I got a letter saying that if I payed early cancelation fees with them within the last 10 years I could get my money back and I'm sure its going to invole all the other companies!!!!

contracts are BULLSHIT. they dont guarantee you service in your own damned house!! there is one easy way to get them to drop you tho, complain about your service and quality of service they give you. previously working at a radio shack i had people do that all the time if they wanted out.

Reception is regional. I know in So Cal Verizon seems the best.
My mom has Cingular/ATT, called them up to let them know she has no reception at home. They looked her address up, let her know she will have great reception if she goes 2 miles north east from her present location. WTF!?

I should qualify my statement regarding Verizon by saying with previous sales positions, I have been given company cell phones from various providers (Sprint, Nextel, AT&T, and Verizon) and out of all those, Verizon is hands down the best.
My most recent experience with AT&T started off shitty in August (dropped calls 10x daily), but has become surprisingly better as time went on (a few dropped calls per week).

the thing is if they wouldn't be able to charge early cancellation fees then we would probably see better pricing and things like texting for cheaper because anyone can just jump ship and switch companies to save money. Im all for no fees.

I miss ATT, I think verizon blows. I never had a dropped call with them and i was a customer since they were pac-bel. I switched to verizon at thanksgiving and i drop calls all over the high desert. Guess its just area but i have not had good luck or good quality phone convo since i switched.
