Barona Drag Racing 08-22-09 Rob (Bad 30TH) and me are meeting at Fry's off the 15 at 3PM Saturday 08-22-09 to caravan up to Barona for the Wickedstangs VS the World.

Racing on Saturday, 8/22
Time: 6PM to Midnight
Gates open at 4 PM
Wickedstangs will be Camping Out at the track and be there for the event the next day. This will be a nite race on both days. 6pm-Midnight. Gates open at 4PM. Those that don't want to campout can get a room at Barona hotel and casino. Its just 5 miles up the road.
This will be a true street style event meaning that all cars participating in this event must have a current registration and insurance. Cars may be trailored, but will need to show Registration & Insurance before any awards are given. NO ELECTRONICS
The classes will be 6, 7, 8, 9, 10sec/slower cars. Test n Tune time will be afforded to everyone before the actual event kicks off to give you an idea of what time zone your car will be in. If you are caught sandbagging you will be DQ'd from recieving any awards. Once the event starts it will be run elimination style. You lose and your out. The last car standing in each time zone is the winner for that class.

i will be down. although it kind of depends on when i get off work. i have to go pick up my car from san diego gear and axle. i grenaded the 10 bolt 2 week ago at barona......now its backed with a currie 9inch and 410 gears

Hope to see you guys out there. We mustangs are looking for some friendly competetion and get tired of spanking ricers and canabolizing our own, lol.
We are headed up there today for test & tune and some will be camping out over night. You guys are more than welcome to join us! See you there!!
