AIR code delete near LA for smog

AIR code delete near LA for smog My uncle has tried get rid of the air code in his stock ws6. He replaced the pump with no luck. Handheld only takes it out for a bit and pops back up again so he can't pass smog.
Cunningham can remove it but i thought I would check if someone could do it near LA.

Yeah he said they replaced everything; air pump, check valves, and some solenoid. After all the time trying to fix it he just wants to get it deleted and smogged to make it to LA invasion.
He is going to call me in a bit with the exact code it is showing. Something about Air Smog?
We are probably going to make the drive to Cunningham tomorrow morning if no one can tune it out near LA.
