Default Anyone in OC with a Tech II? LS1 swap no start situation...

I recently swapped in a LS1/T56 into my '94 TA. Engine, wire harness, and PCM came out of a 30k mile, good-running car. VATS has been deleted. I wired up everything I can think of, not my first LS1 swap, but the car won't fire...cranks strong, good fuel pressure, but no fire. I checked everything obvious I can think of, any other ideas?

Checked PCM
-checked Blue 1, Blue 40, Red 1, Red 40 for ground. Good
-checked Blue 20 & Blue 57 for bat +. Good
-checked Blue 19 for ign +. Good
-code reader communicates with PCM
-fuel pump primes

Checked sensors connectors
-checked both sets of coil packs for ign +. Good
-checked both sets of coil packs for ground. Good
-checked both banks of inj's for ign +. Good
-checked MAF and o2's for ign +. Good
-checked MAF and o2's for ground. Good
-cam sensor is plugged in
-crank sensor is plugged in

Checked grounds
-three grounds on the back of the driver side cylinder head are tight.
-battery ground to chassis is tight.
-battery ground to engine block is tight.
-engine block ground to chassis is tight.

I am hoping that someone with a Tech II can point out something that I am overlooking. Any help or other ideas is greatly appreciated.

have you tested a sparkplug to see if it is getting spark?

Yes, no spark.

do you have cam and crank signal, also make sure your cam sensor wiring is correct alot of aftermarket harnesses have the signals switched

That's mainly what I wanted to test with a Tech II, the cam and crank signal. I am using a factory harness and the cam and crank sensors are plugged in properly.

One thing I am going to check tonight (found searching on tech) is to see that I am getting 12v ign + to all appropriate areas while cranking. I originally tested everything with KOEO, not cranking. Hopefully that's it.

No cell, I can pull a plug tonight if I don't figure anything out. Tach is not showing any rpm right now, but I think the PCM has to be recalibrated and I think I have to add a resistor inline with the Tach signal to get it to work properly (LT1 to LS1 swap).

You might need to do a crank sensor relearn. its rare that you need to, but when I was at the dealer, this happened occassionally when cars came in with a no start.

Figured it out. One of the wires that I thought was constant ign + didn't have power during cranking. Swapped wires and it fired right up. Thanks for the responses.

Check continuity to the the coils. Power to the coils. Just make sure to get power to those suckers.
