Nail in my drag radial

Nail in my drag radial So I took my car to get my rear wheels swapped out for the rain again. And found a nice sized nail in the center of the thread. I heard it wasnt very wise to patch a drag radial. So im considering on buying new street tires instead. What are some cheap 315 17 50 tires I could pick up. And I was also considering on just lowering the car aswell. So do you guys think bmr springs would be worth it? My car is stock height aswell.

I think companies like nitto say that so you have to buy another tire. I dont see how a patch could effect anything. They are still radial tires as I wouldn't patch a bias ply.

Summit carries drag car tubes.
I got a big hole in my m/t drag radial from nail and had it plugged and no one would patch it.
They said that the plug would come out If I did a burnout etc, so I called up summit and they suggested I buy a drag slick tube and use that.
I did and it worked with no issues. Now my other ******* tire just got a nail in it so I'm buying slicks
