Default Sluggish SS

So I've been noticing when driving and letting go of the gas pedal the car really feels like its pulling back and seems sluggish. Now when engaging the clutch pedal to move the car, without applying any gas, its not moving like it use too. Yesterday it didn't even want to move at all. I know its not the actual clutch (No signs of slipping) but what else could it be? Thanks for any insight.

Have you done any work to the brakes recently? Jack it up and put it on stands in neutral and see if all the wheels spin freely-ish or if there is some bad drag. I had the wrong booster installed on a car a while back and it made the front driver wheel brake drag bad enough that the wheel completely locked up after a few miles and caught a plastic shroud on fire lol

But recently my brake light on the dash has been coming in and out but it disappears.
