Default fiberglassin companies

Well I'm almost done with my hood and I got a bunch of people that wanna buy one but my only problem is that I don't have anyone to make a mold.

Anyone know any companies that are willin to make some for a decent price. Or maybe one or two at least?

pics? i saw the initial cuts that you made on the hood.

if i were you.. and if your not going to make money out of your project i wouldn't let anyone touch it. lol

i made my rear wing. one of a kind and once i have time id like to recreate another design.

i may let someone make a mold out of it if i get some $$ in return.

You do what everyone does. If they are really interested group buy 400-500 each. Money up front.

that looks cool, much better than when I saw it a few weeks ago (flopping around).

not sure about how that bondo will stand up with vibrations and such so you might want to have a fiberglass hood made for yourself if you get it done.

try doing some research, you might be able to do it yourself if you have the time and patience to learn.

X2. Adam and I watched and briefly helped with making a mold of the Motorgen project cars bumper. It's not that hard - you just have to buy a lot of materials and toxic chemicals, know what you're doing, and have a lot of time, and safety equipment so your lungs and eyes don't melt. Also, Mark knows a local guy that does good work but charges an arm and a leg.

Youtube has many How-To videos on how to make male/female molds and mold bucks. I've even seen a few How-To on Vacuum bagging.

I just don't really have anywhere to do it at my house. Maybe my bodyshop will make one for me. Whatever I got mine although I do want a glass one!

Hood looks really good. Now finding a certain amount of people who would purchase this is another issue.
