if they are the eagles I believe they are then they are only 17x9, might even be 17x8.5. No 315's won't fit, well not correctly. you need at least a 10.5 in rim even for nittos, they recommend, at least last time I checked their site, at least 10.5" wide rim for 315 wide tire.
You can search and find out all you need on 315 wide tires, but to make it simple you need to bfh (big f***ing hammer) the inner wheel well to clear some spots and if your car is lowered you need to roll the fenders. Plus you need the correct width rim and correct offset.

[QUOTE=henry172;15597954]I have 315s on my 17x9.5in Z06 rims; they fit fine in the rear of my 97 TA. But they are nitto 555r, I have been told thay are the only 315s that will fit.[/QUOTE
555rs run small and i wouldn't keep those on if your making power

^Yes I know the nitto 555r 315s are not the best dr's for traction, but with my little 340rwhp a4 lt1 they get the job done and I can get some decent street miles out of them.

315 will fit on a 10 inch rim and is still very safe. Just did an install on a 20x10 with a 315 has a mild positive stretch and is very daily drivable. Negative stretch is what you should be worried about.

yeah your pushing it with a 315 on a 9.5" wheel. At least a 10" wide wheel. Puts stress on the sidewall and can cause a wobble effect when you corner hard. Not recommended.
I used to run 315's front and rear on my Trans Am. Run 315's on the rear no problem with a 17x11" on a 4" back space now.
I run 315 on a 11" wide wheel on our camaro too.
I would recommend an adjustable panhard bar and do a Hammer mod to the inner fender well. If your lowered an adjustable panhard is a must.

It is not the width of the rim that is the concern, as much as it is the "offset", any size rim (16,17,18, etc.) will rub above a 56mm offset.
I have 18x9.5 rims all around with 285x35xzr18 tires with a 48mm offset, no problems whatsoever.
With the correct offset you can go up to a 11" wide rim on the rear, I would not go any bigger than a 10" up front.

I believe its on a 50mm offset (If my calculations are correct). Its almost completely flush with the fender. 50mm-55mm and you will not experience any issues with rubbing
Did Roll rear fenders just for reassurance. Would not rub unless I hit the bump stops REALLY hard.
