Performance Shop in NORCAL

Can anyone recommend a reputable performance shop in the Bay Area that have really good knowledge and experience with LS engines? New to the LS engines and need to know where i can safely take my car for upgrade installs, tuning, etc.

Tunning Maybe,
Everything else is not, Whatever happen to MOD days, people houses and BBQ's? Teaching other's how to turn wrenches?
