I'd rather have a gun and not need it than need a gun and not have it.

Ever notice how all of these shootings happen in 'gun free' zones?

All these shootings were done with pretty much all legal guns. Hardly "gun free"

I bet you think if we make more laws the criminals will be the first to make sure their illegally owned ar 15s and ak 47s are compliant with current law hahaha what a joke laws reguarding firearms only effect the law abiding citizens and no one else.

This is why I will never live in Cali again... that and I refuse to register my camaro in Cali. I love being able to go to a store and buy a gun (whatever kind I want) and walk out with it the same day.

No the criminals wont comply, thats the problem with gun control. They should have never been legal in the first place. But its to late now, you cant take away the guns, it wont happen. Oh well.

not true. Almost every single shooting was done with an illegal purchased or stolen gun. Do your resurch before making a comment stating it as a fact.

In aurora he used an ar15, 870 12g, and two glocks. The sikh temple was a xd pistol. Gabby giffords was shot with a glock. ALL WERE LEGAL, AND PURCHASED LEGALLY.
Sure some shootings use illegal guns. But its a fact that the majority of shootings are done with legal guns, usually handguns. The NRA isnt research, its propoganda.

When Most of these people bought there guns they did not fill out the form correctly. Example, the Colorado guy falsified the form 4473 when he went to buy the guns. That to is a felony. He falsified legal docents to obtain a gun illegally. He didn't buy it at on the streets he got it at a gun shop.

Look up the other cases too.
