Wow I think that you are pretty much screwed. I really doubt that there are any friendly referee's out there. You may get lucky though

I think that you should think about putting the stock parts back on, I think if you did that and passed SMOG you would look back and say, "Wow I'm glad I did that and still have my car". Cause I know your going to be kicking your own *** forever if you sell your car.

I believe you need to clear the fine before you can sell the car. My brother had the same thing happen to his Supra. He had to pay the fine before he could try to sell it.

IF what Ferocity02 said is true than you should just keep the car anyways, unless you think this may all come up again someday.

Why did they check your car? Where you a random pick, or did you pass one of those mobile smog check points? I live right up the road in Corona. Also your biggest hurdle will be the Kooks and the bullets...I dont think you'll pass visual. Then theres that Cam...depending on the specs. Big thing is, I believe you still are required to have the cars smogged before you can sell it. It use to be the law, but maybe thats changed...I made the guy I bought my car from get it smogged first, and give me the paper work. Nothing worse than dropping 20-40k on a car that you cant even register/get plates ... Maybe you'll get some body thats unaware to buy it. Good luck!

I think you can get away with selling it to someone out of state, but you won't be able to sell it to anyone in California.
