A way around emissions?
For you guys in Cali, do any of you have your car regristerd in a different state to avoid emissions testing? I have family in AZ, so would it be possible to use their address and all that for when emissions testing comes around? Would I need to get an Arizona liscense as well? I dont know much about this, but it sounds possible to me. If you could help me out I would appreciate it .

Well I'm pretty sure that's very illegal and they might give you a nice charge to transfer your vehicle (and I'm sure you'd have to show some legit proof you're living in AZ)... for NV, they charge you $800 to transfer your vehicle from out of state (last time I checked) and if you don't have an address out of the state (but are living in the state), they'll do whatever they can to force you to transfer it.... they want their cash bad... good luck... I might end up doing the same thing but I'll be moving to NV soon for college..
