Default Help, Socal basic tuning

I am about to have a shift kit, vacuum modulator, and a 3200 stall installed shortly. I am looking for a place that will do a basic tune for a reasonable price. At thunderracing they will do the following as a basic tune for $150:

• Setting desired idle speed
• Setting desired shift points
• Setting rev limiter
• Speedometer recalibration for different gear ratios
• Speed limiter delete
• Setting desired fan temperature activation
• Torque management delete
• Skip shift delete
• Rear O2 delete (OFF-ROAD use only)
• AIR/EGR Delete (OFF-ROAD use only)

Are there any places within 150 miles of Torrance CA that will do this for around that price? I would rather not send my PCM out unless I had to. Any help would be really helpful. Thanks.

I could do all that for less, and I am local. Hit me up and I can take of all of that in a few minutes this week.

Send me a PM.

BTW: you do not have Skip Shift, that is manual trans only.

Great! I will definately give you a PM. I know I do not have skip shift. I just copied and pasted the information from that site. Do you have any idea what the new shift points should be around with the converter, or do I just need to see what happens first after it is installed?

We will try it and see where it likes it after the converterr install. Typically about 6100 rpms should be fine.
