Lt's passing emmision? well sniffer?? lookin for an exhaust setup, using lt's that will pass the sniffer, i have a shop that will overlook the whole cats moved farther back thing, so if anyone has passed the sniffer wiht lt's, please let me know...

That would be perfectly fine (again, dumped duals aren't legal but won't matter if they overlook the visual) - they won't have any real measureable effect on the sniffer outcome.
