Anyone in the Barstow, CA area???? Calling SOCALers! I dunno I just moved to Fort Irwin. Are there any Dynos, Drag strips, or Autocross/road race tracks in this area? I'd love to attend some track days or dyno days!!

hey i used to live in barstow.... but i moved away for school, i still go back time to time to visit some family... but there is some racing every great once and a while out there at ft irwin cutoff... sometimes out at slash x... but like i said every great once in a while....

im heading to NTC as an OC augmentee for the next month. Did a search here to see if there was any racing anywhere near.. ill be going to vegas my second weekend there. Kinda funny, out of 7 rotations to the box, this is the first time ill get to go the NTC and enjoy it

Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake(Ridgecrest) here. Auto crossing you can do in Pharump, NV just North of Las Vegas at Bragg Smith track. Las Vegas also has a complete motor complex quarter mile drag strip, NASCAR track 1.5 miles etc... that is adjecent to Nellis AFB runway.

Don't forget Pomona (think thats spelled right), and willow springs raceway (road course) close to Rosamond. Nor real sure where ft irwin is, but I'm out at Edwards. The ls2 cali forum is pretty active, with cruises and stuff if your interested. I'm new to this forum so they may be as well.

Ft. Irvin is between NAWS China Lake & Barstow. Also www.immortalscarclub.com. Brett Perception does a lot of events he's from Santa Clarita, CA just North of LA on HWY-14. That's not far from Edwards AFB.

ontario mills is way better for shopping.. or outlet malls. not that I've got money.
sdiddy.. is your car red with silver/white stripes? if not, what's it look like? I keep an eye out for modified f-bodies.. I see a nice silver SS cruising down I ave all the time, too.

im just here TDY for a month as an Augmantee OC. Im only back from the box for a night, ill be leaving again in a couple hours.
