I dont know you guys know but AZ Power and Sound has been shut down. I bought a LS1 short block prior to the shut down and i hope it's a good engine.

sorry to bring this thread back to life...but i was screwed by steve for the tune of about 4500 bac in sept...and have been tryin to recoup my losses every since...i already reported him to the bbb and the attorney gen office...has anyone else recovered their money???

I know where Steve Hiltner lives now. He bought a house in Mayer, AZ under his wife's name Karen Hiltner. We are going to drive there in a few weeks and make sure he is still there, then I will get the address and see what else I can find out.

This is my judgement I got against him, I am going to try to collect on it even though it is probably a lost cause.

I bought a wiring harness from Steve several years ago for my LS6 and I was finally ready to put it into the car but needed a copy of the instructions. It was the same story, it took MANY phone calls and emails to get it six months late.

I have WAY too much work in the car to use a potentially (probably) bad harness. Thanks to all for the update! Guess I'll call John Spears, spearstech, to get a real harness.

Someone got som more info on this thread. I bought a ls1 stroker long block from eBay back in the summer of 07, and some heads and a camshaft package for about 5 k + shipping to Norway. Yes it toke about 3 Mont's to get it, but i did get it. checked all the parts inside the engine. everything was like described and new. i called him many times, and one time he said that he was waiting for the plumber another time he was waiting for the cam from Comp cams.
i heard that Comp cams lost som money on this guy..
