I was there. He hit hard! Lost it in the far lane. Clipped the wall with the left rear then came across the track and hit the other wall almost head on! Almost collected the other car as well. They put him on a on a back board, and he left on a stretcher. I hope he is ok. If any one Knows anything please let us know. The car has got to be totaled. I was going take a picture, but I felt it would be disrespectful. I don't know why? Just didn't feel right.

An Srt's clucth exploded earlier. It almost went though the hood. Left head light area was in pieces. Two of the four runners on the intake manifold were cut in half. I left after the GTO hit. To cold and windy, tough day.

Other board states he's ok. Guy is like 70 yrs old and apparently lost it on the 1-2 shift, A4 too. Tells you how slick the track was.

Makes me want to take the keys away from my old man, he's 71 and drives an 07 Z06 with a Halltech stage 1

good thing he is ok. Yeah the announcer was saying that the condensation from peoples tail pipes, leaving water on the track probably didnt help.
