If the long tubes don't work out for you, I've got a set of Ceramic JBA shorties! LMK

That means your car came stock with Air and EGR.

You will fail visual and any codes if they aren't turned off.

I would try to find some stock exhaust stuff in the For Sale forum.

Yours didn't have EGR stock. Does cali do a visual?

California is the worst state for this kind of stuff!!! ******* California does everything visual, sniffer, **** sometimes they put up random inspections on streets just to smog check cars, damn basterds!! but the good thing is i just got my kooks in, and im just waiting for my catted Y to come in. Ive read in some posts that you should be able to pass the sniffer test with longtubes and a catted Y if your car is stock, i guess im going to find out.

If it passes emissions, who cares what it has on it?

Thats for states that only do emissions test. Cali doesn visual and emissions. So even if you get a tuner to tune your car waaaaaaaaaaay lean for emissions and pass then you will still fail the visual.

If you car comes factory with Air and EGR and its not installed then you fail.

Can't you take it to a referee and, as long as the numbers are fine, they'll pass you?

EDIT: Whoops. I was thinking of an engine swap.

I guess there really is no hope of doing it legit........
