Default New to forum and ?'s on my Smog setup

Hey all, just went crazy and bought a 2001 WS6 yesterday I am really into mods cause I moved here from Virginia a year ago and they let you do anything as long as no codes. Ne way I wanted to get a nice exhaust setup first then work on the engine later. I have SLP Loudmouth already from my Virginia 97 fbody so I gonna swap that but is it worth it to get Pacesetter LT's,cats and ypipe and swap them every two years or is there a shorty setup that will still get me some power. Thanks

(Oh and I know what ur thinkin and moving back to VA is not an option

Well if you were going to have an illegal exhaust inbetween smog then ide go without cats. But i have heard that there is a big fine that goes with that if you get caught. legal shorties kinda suck, i have em and they dont make a big difference....
