Not to be a dick, but a good/perfect and cheap job doesnt exist. With a new fender, door skin, rocker, and all the necessary blending so it matches, it could be a good 2 grand easy. Im an adjuster, so I see this stuff all day long. A good shop in Palmdale is Telesis Collision off Rancho Vista, not far from 8th street east. Geoff is the guy to see there, they work on muscle cars quite often.
Sorry it happened to your bird, im in a similar situation with the dealership ******* up my gto.

Are you getting a new door and quarter panel? Seriously these guys do great work and their prices beat most other shops. Sent a few guys to them no complaints!
