Cop F%#ked Me I got a ticket for reckless early last month, and the court date on my ticket is tomorrow. I called today to confirm my appt tomorrow, and they told me that i have a failed to appear because the court date was on the 12th. The ticket says the 18th. I got written up yesterday doing the speed limit by a cop with no radar because he ran my plates and i'm a "convicted reckless driver"... i've got a warrant out for my arrest now. 
I'm going in tomorrow like it says on the ticket. what do I do????

Show them what the ticket says, did you get a courtesy notice to appear in the mail from the Courts?
So you got a ticket for doing the speedlimit? What did he put on the ticket?

If you have a ticket that says the 18th, there is a very good chance they will admit to a **** up and re-do the ticket. On the second ticket you got, plead innocent and demand proof you were driving bad. Never admit to anything, even if they say they have proof. Most people who deny till there blue in the face get off with lesser charges unless its some really serious ****, like a felony, or there is really good proof like video.

i never got a courtesy notice for the first one.
I got a ticket yesterday for 60 in a 45, posted 45 safe 45. radar - PACE

So your ticket says the eighteenth, take it with you into court. Judges undertand mistakes. Your not in trouble on that one.
But with that second speed ticket/reckless (same thing) you might be looking at a suspension/work privileges only. Usually with two violation so close.
And take my advice. Don't go into court and try to argue a ticket on our own. That's what lawyers are for.

about 47mph. its 430am and ive been up for 30 hours, im tired and driving home slowly, because I dont feel like getting screwed with.. got the seat leaned back, steering wheel nice and low, comfortable flannel pants.. i see people pulled over on the same strip ALL the time it's a little downhill, no buildings, no lights, 4 lanes wide. speed limit 45 it's a cop's farmland.

Go to court with the ticket, make sure you show it to the judge, he will rescind the warrant but make sure you get a copy stating the warrant is not good anymore, then keep it with you at all times otherwise if you get stopped and the warrant is still in the system and you dont have proof you took care of it you go to jail.

My write-up in my sig might help you out a bit on one of those tickets... not sure about your whole circumstances...
if you have proof of a different date on your ticket you should be ok with that one... on the second one, i'd refer to my write-up...
