I just sold my 01 Dodge RAM quad cab 4x4 Off Road Edition. It was pretty much stock except for the 315/75/R18 size tires on the stock rims and the K & N cold air kit. Let me tell you, that thing got 8.9 MPG with my brother driving it and when I drove it it was at about12-13 MPG so just like sercastiK said, that think will DRINK gas. I recommend you try finding out what gears it has and if they're still stock upgrade them.
FORD and DODGE trucks get hit massively from oversized tires on MPG. Chevy does too but no where near as much. Hoopers will tell you the same thing. But all in all I loved that truck and I miss it.
