Totally agree, I know dealers are going to mark them up big time, like the Challenger

I hope the sales go better than the SSR. I think I've seen like one of those things since they came out.

I think that Camaro sales are going to go like crazy with mark ups and all for the first few years, but then after that the sales are going to plumit. But yea our cars are going to looke very outdated, but because of the new car's size and weight, our cars performance is still going to be admirable.

I bet the sales will pick up a few years after its released and all the bugs are worked out of the new design. Kind of like the '69.

Chevy was 10 years late to the party with the HHR too. Look at all the PT cruisers on the road.

I agree Dan, plus the Challenger fills a different niche and the Mustang came out during favorable economic times.

To say the Challenger and Camaro are heads-up competitors is like saying the Cobalt is a competitor to the Evo.

I see the first few cars going for a premium, but that will only last a month or two until production ramps up and they are on every dealer lot in numbers. Second it might not have that long of a production run due to new CAFE regulations that kick in in 2012. I know they want to get 5 years out of any car at least, but get one while you can cause it could be a short run.

Are you talking about the Challenger or the Camaro? Dodge has already sold over half of this year's production run for the Challenger.

I would like to see the Camaro with a v6 turbo. They did it for the pontiac why not chevy? That would help GM with the new fuel economy standards. GM
