Nevada Emissions How bad will I get screwed when I try to register my car in Las Vegas?
Mac Mids, No Cats, I still have the Air pump (for now!!)
I'll be registering my car in April. Will I have to smog it?

I did an internet search and found this for you:

You'll need to put the cats back on, as they are a Federal law, and removing them could subject you to a huge fine and/or jail time if you're caught.
